A while ago I was reading on the Internet Movie DataBase the list of actors and actresses who played in "Dallas". I then searched for some of those names in The Bare Facts Video Guide. One name was that of Deborah Tranelli, Bobby Ewing's oh so sweet and oh so loyal secretary Phyllis. In the Bare Facts Video Guide however she was mentioned for the ( nude ) part she played in a 1985 movie called "Naked Vengeance". In this movie sweet Phyllis gets raped by a gang and then takes revenge in Charles Bronson style. After a long search I was finally able to find a videostore on the Internet that carried this title and shipped to Belgium ( reel.com ). Of course this video was in NTSC format which my VCR can playback. Unfortunately playback is about the only thing a PAL format video with NTSC playback capability does ( no freeze frame, no frame per frame, fast forward only at low speed ). No problem I thought, my video capture card supports NTSC, but it wasn't as simple as that. Apparently the signal coming out of my VCR must be something electronically manipulated so you can watch NTSC on a PAL TV. When I put my capture card on PAL I got a disturbed image, when I put it on NTSC the picture was fine but the color had gone !

In order to produce vidcaps I saw only one solution : I needed a PAL format videotape. So I took my Hi8 camcorder and filmed the television screen ! Needless to say that this caused a huge drop in image quality. But I was able to vidcap the scenes that interested me. To be honest, I've seen even worse vidcaps on the net. Maybe you or some of your "regular submitters" could obtain that videotape and make some better vidcaps of Ms Tranelli. I wondered why I couldn't find any of those scenes on the Internet, so I went after the tape myself. It is still available at http://www.buy.com section buyvideos of course for only $ 4.95. I wasn't able to find much more on the career of Deborah Tranelli. A small role in a 1987 movie, making a CD with some other people and a role in a stageplay in L.A. last September. So here I am offering you the debut of Dallas' Phyllis on the net. I am also sending you some nude images of Kim Morgan Greene in the 1994 movie Soft Kill which aired on German TV last Saturday. I don't think those scenes can be found on the net either. So two premieres for your pages !"
