Emmy Rossum did some marvelous nudity in a skinny dip on Shameless (s1e7; 720p; samples below)

   

Carla Gugino did no real nudity on Californication, but offered a peek at her butt in flimsy panties (see capture below) but, damn, is she one sexy woman! The next time you think that we live in a sensible universe with a just God, consider that Julia Roberts is a huge star with uncountable megabucks and Carla Gugino has to work her ass off for every paycheck.
