More films
of the Third Reich
|
"Muenchhausen"
was made during the height of the war,
not only under the nose of Goebbels, but
with his active involvement. (Everyone
wants to direct). It was made in color,
with lavish costumes. The uncut version,
shown here, has naked harem girls. It is
also a surprisingly good movie for the
time. The director (a Hungarian by
heritage) was in the film business before
Hitler came to power, and was still
directing in the 1960's.
|
Two weeks in
a row with these Nazi movies. I never
really thought to become the caretaker
for the cinema of the Third Reich. Gosh,
my parents and grandparents would be so
proud. Oh well, here it is for whatever
it tells us about those times. Baron

Just fished
out of my mailbox before posting. Here,
from Figgis, Senta Berger in
"Casanova". The star of this
movie was Leonard Whiting, who is best
known as the Leo DiCaprio of his day. (He
played Romeo in the Zefferelli version of
R&J)
|
A rare
treasure from Freakie 2. Here is Faye
Dunaway in "Barfly". Freakie
did a good job at presenting the bathtub
scene. It is quite a difficult one to
cap, and not many frames offer an
uninterrupted view.

Mr Web treats
us to his usual feast of science fiction
and horror movies. This week is better
than most. I haven't heard of all of
these movies, but I know this one.
Logan's Run. A science fiction movie with
some real imagination and some good sets.
Not a great triumph of the genre, like
Blade runner or Alien, but a cut above
the norm. This is Jenny Agutter's first
scene with Michael York, and the outfit
exposed her buns..

Jenny Agutter
stripping on the ice. The movie contains
some continuity problems, including one
famous one. In a scene shortly after
this, while wearing the same outfit,
Agutter trips on the ice and she's
wearing panties! ... Where did those come
from? Darn the luck.
|
The next
three are Agutter's skinny dip. Not much
to see, but you can have fun looking.
This one appears to show a smidgin of
pubes.

I haven't
been running many vidcaps from Charlie

site so many times, and he archives 100%
of his material there. For the moment,
however, his site is having some
technoglitches, so here's your French

in "rendez-vous". As usual from
Miss Binoche, very hot stuff.

Juliette
Binoche in "rendez-vous". Even

Valerie
Bolier in "Navarro". This is a
long-running realistic police series. I
guess you could say it is the NYPD Blue
of France. Particularly notable here is a
prime-time penis in ready mode. It's good
to star in French TV shows.
|
Marie Bunel
in "Credit bonheur".
|
Charlotte
Rampling in "The Flesh of the
Orchid". This movie was made right
after The Night Porter, in the 1973-74
period when Rampling was the freshest,
hottest face in the movies. Zardoz and
The Six Wives of Hank Ocho date from the
same period.

The Realist

and watching PBS. His first series comes

features Alex Kingston. As the lovely

significant addition to your collection.

we're pleased

to debut all his nudes on our site, and I
think the subscription area probably has
every nude item he's ever done. One way
to start would be to go to the back
issues and search for "The

result should be relevant to your search.

the fakes, the Mardi Gras, and the

These next
three are from the far artistic fringe.
Andrej Tarkovsky, son of the poet Arseni
Tarkovsky, is considered to be Russia's
greatest filmmaker. I'll skip my joke
about that being roughly equivalent to
being Denmark's greatest ski-jumper
because he does indeed have a beautiful
eye for visual images, and in this sense
has a poetic sensibility as memorable as
his father's, but I find his work
slow-moving, repetitive, and pretentious,
despite its many strengths. There's one
thing in his work that is amazing. In
movies like Stalker, his Soviet-era
budget didn't allow for special effects
or elaborate sets, so he had to convey
atmosphere entirely with natural
settings. He did so impressively. This
movie, "Nostalghia", is the
first movie he ever made in the West, and
I think it is his only film not in
Russian, although it is very much about
Russia and Russians, even though it takes
place in Italy. The good news is that it
featured a brief bit of nudity from a
woman .... well, if you have seen
Domiziana Giordano, you don't need me to
talk about her. If you haven't seen her
... let me put it this way. If you were
having a discussion about the most
beautiful woman that has ever walked the
face of this earth, and you submitted her
name, nobody would scoff at your choice.
They might have their own favorites, but
they surely would acknowledge that you
have a point.
|
one more of
Domiziana. It must have been a hell of a
set. Tarkovsky was known as a difficult
argumentative man who accepted no
opinions but his own. Domiziana is known
as possibly the most difficult and
headstrong actress ever.
|
one more of
Domiziana Giordano. Same frames as the
last two, just a different collage.
|
More art
films. Arsinee Khanjian in "Irma
Vep". This is a French movie which
satirizes the traditional French movie
industry. It's quite watchable in many
ways, but not exactly mainstream
entertainment, since a lot of the humor
is lost if you aren't really into the
process or product. Maggie Cheung, the
Hong Kong action star, is very charming,
playing herself, but she never got naked.
|
Arsinee
Khanjian in "Irma Vep". She has
one scene as an American woman stranded
in Paris by her boyfriend. She doesn't
sound anything like an American, and (as
you can see in this picture)she looks
like she just came off the plane from
Armenia or somewhere nearby. An American
viewer would never know she is supposed
to be an American except for the fact
that she is listed in the cast as
"The American Woman". It is
roughly equivalent to an American movie
featuring Ricardo Montalban in a beret,
speaking French with whatever accent he
would have naturally, and called
"The French Guy". Perhaps the
filmmaker couldn't spell
"Armenian". It does look a
little like "American". The
humor may have been intentional, I
suppose, but I doubt it. The weird thing
is that she had no lines in French, so
they could have hired a real American for
the part. I suppose Armenians work
cheaper.
|
Natasha
Richardson. Natasha is currently bringing
a sexual electricity to the London stage
equivalent to the Nicole Kidman Broadway
charge. Here she is in character,
braless, in a loosely-woven sweater. She
has a much better figure than I
previously thought.

Like many

watching or participating in pre-Lenten

"Judith", from the carnival
parade in Cologne. You have to think
about this a bit. It's not so weird to
see those naked women parading in Rio.
It's summertime in Brazil. But in Cologne
in February it's mighty cold, and this
lady is one hearty soul.

Sing captured
Natasha Gregson Wagner in "First
Love, Last Rites", one of about 3000
movies she made that year. In the past
she has never seemed to look that much
like her famous mother, Natalie Wood, and
she has never done more than some
fleeting nudity (Lost Highway and
Deadbeat). Scrap those statements, and
look at this. Nice topless scenes in
broad daylight, and it seems to be her
mother's ghost. From what I've seen of
her, she doesn't seem to have much of a
screen presence. She has one of those
whiny little-girl voices that screams
"bim", but maybe she'll grow
into stronger roles, as her mother did.

of course, natural. If you're a fan of

If you
haven't been to his web site lately,
Scanman has been posting about 100 new
vidcap collages a week! Here are few from
this week's batch, starting with one of
my personal all time favorite actresses,
(who really needs to do more nudity in my
opinion) Diane Lane. These topless 'caps
from the movie "Lady Beware".

More skin
from Ms. Lane, this time from the movie
"The Big Town".

Diane is
great, but 12 year old 'caps just won't
cut the mustard! So here are brand new
collages of busty B-movie bim, Gabriella
Hall. Vidcaps from the movie
