Jupiter

The big red spotted one is back. I don't think I've seen this material before. Phyllis Davis in a 1972 movie called "Sweet Sugar". This was back in the days of the "made for drive-in" features, and this movie was released with five different titles simultaneously. The others: Captive Women 3, Chaingang Girls, Hellfire on Ice, and She-Devils in Chains.

I don't know the story on this movie, but I'll share Jup's pictures with you. These are from his thumbnail machine again. Jacqueline Bisset in "Sunday Woman" ("La Donna Della Domencia") There is no nudity in these first two sequences.

Now we can see the face, but in profile and far from the camera. Is it La Bisset? I don't know. I never heard of this movie before today, and The Bare Facts makes no mention of it.

Now I know that some of you are collectors and/or webmasters and may want these frames of Bisset, or Bisset's double, or whoever it is, so here's 9 of them in sequence, all the ones with nudity, so you can study them or make your own collages, or whatever. The first three are getting out of bed, one breast exposed, no head. The next two are lower body only. The last four are the rear and side-rear shots. #1

The next movie Jup captured is equally hard to find. Karen Black in "Killing Heat". The quality of the tape isn't great, but there seems to be no doubt that this is really Ms Black doing a full frontal scene

and a few miscellaneous

This is one of the screen's more famous nude scenes. Robert Forster is inflamed by his peeping on Elizabeth Taylor in "Reflections in a Golden Eye". Probably a body double, although I couldn't find anything that said it was for sure.

You may be surprised to hear this, because she's fairly obscure, and I rarely talk about her, but when I filled out Big Daddy's poll with my own choices, I listed this woman as one of the 10 sexiest in the world. Natalia Estrada. (For those of you who asked, I placed Elizabeth Shue first. Big Daddy asked for the sexiest, not the most beautiful. Shue is no match for Helena Christensen or Stephanie Seymour, or some of the others, in pure beauty, but she just turns me on more than anyone since the heyday of Basinger and Barkin.)

There is no nudity here, but we need to see this woman's chest. It appears to best Mimi Rogers and Jennifer Connelly and any other I can think of for the largest possessed by any mainstream actress, and it is presumed natural. Lisa Nicole Carson

A mystery solved??? Another mystery??

Do you remember the controversial pictures that were alleged to be Cheryl Ladd in "Permanent Midnight", as reported by one of the celeb magazines? I knew somebody would stumble on the real person sooner or later, and somebody has. A guy wrote me yesterday to say that the pictures are actually scenes from a movie called "Trackdown", and the actress is named Karen Lamm. Such a similar name to Cheryl Ladd ... hmmmm. By the way, it certainly seems that Cheryl Ladd and Karen Lamm are two separate people. They were both working under their own names in 1977, for example, and there is no way Ladd could have appeared under a different name while she was on Charlie's Angels. Obviously, everyone would have recognized her. Karen Lamm was married (and later divorced and remarried) to Dennis Wilson, one of The Beach Boys.

RDO

RDO has an interesting project for us this week: the lithe Kate Beckinsale in "Haunted". All of these scenes are reported body doubles, although they are done quite well in that the side of the body double's face is usually visible

and another Kate Beckinsale movie, but Kate kept her clothes on in this one, the deplorably bad "The Last Days of Disco". My favorite parts of this movie: (1) part of the subject matter centers around the banter of intelligent people. Unfortunately, the film maker has apparently never actually met any. The dialogue is mind-numbingly dumb. (Some critics defended this a brilliant parody. Maybe so, but I have a limited tolerance for listening to two hours of inane dialogue, even if the filmmaker is making a joke) (2) the general locale is the disco scene, yet it is apparent that the filmmaker has never actually been in a disco. He has the characters all hanging together in the clubs, usually quite far from one another, making conversation in normal tones of voice, as if in someone's deserted kitchen. Remember what it was really like to have a conversation in a disco? The most interesting scenes were those involving Drew Barrymore's mom, who has taken up the family nudity responsibilities since Drew started to move back into PG stuff. RDO also watched another bomb, "Bob and Carol and Ted and Alice". This movie just kind of reflected the sexual liberation of its era (1969), and questioned the middle-class assumptions about relationships. It seemed clever and hip at the time. It's almost unwatchable now. Unfortunately for us, Dyan Cannon and Natalie Wood kept their clothes on, but RDO went to the trouble of watching it, so he capped the anonymous minor characters. Publisher does Showgirls

Publisher sent in about a bazillion frames of Bobbie Phillips in "Showgirls". They are all pretty similar, but for the sake of you collectors, here they all are in sequence. Can somebody clear something up for me? Publisher's caps say they are taken from the DVD of Showgirls, but I can't find this DVD at reel.com or amazon.com. Where do I get a copy?

We all have our favorites, and the practices that we'd like to engage them in. My fantasy involves Janet Reno wearing nothing but hip boots, a worn-out copy of the OED with its bindings eaten away by cockroaches and age, a tub filled with Wesson Oil, and a plastic flamingo. But maybe that's just me. Other guys might like other things, although I can't imagine why. I have a good friend whose only fantasies revolve around infobabes like Christianne Amanpour. The Aesthetic one has capped three excellent movies this week. His first selection doesn't actually have any nudity in it, but I always found it to be one of the sexiest scenes in film history. speaking of Helcrom

I mentioned Helcrom earlier. His range of material encompasses the ridiculous and the sublime. If I remember right, he capped "The Last Temptation of Christ" and about a few zillion movies with "Bikini", "Beach" and/or "Car Wash" in the title. These are from the latter category, and encompass relatively few difficult theological concepts or even polysyllabic words, for that matter. In fact, Mickey Rourke was able to read the scripts without moving his lips. (Just kiddin' Mick, ya big lug). The title here is "Beach Babes from Beyond", and the specific babe in question is Tamara Landry
