"The Two Ronnies"

I found The Two Ronnies, starring Ronnie Corbett and Ronnie Baker, one of the funniest sketch shows, ever. It was superbly written, including by Spike Milligan, many of the Pythons and Barry Cryer, and Corbett’s and Baker’s interpretation of the scripts was first-class. Given that it was a 1970’s TV show, from the FH point-of-view there was a bit of nudity.

Today: season two.

High Life is a sci-fi drama about a group of prisoners who are sent into space to participate in a reproduction experiment run by a shonky doctor (Juliette Binoche) who forces a pregnancy onto one of the prisoners (Mia Goth) but when a radioactive storm hits the spaceship, all but one man (Robert Pattinson) and the child from the pregnancy survive and have to make the most of their time on a failing ship.

Not much happens and there are a few scenes which are pretty disturbing but there are some interesting things, mostly when the prisoners are all together. A tough watch but worth a look.
