+1 is a time travel thriller where David (Rhys Wakefield) comes back home from college to visit his long-time girlfriend Jill (Ashley Hinshaw) and watches her lose a fencing match. He then mistakes her opponent for her and to top it off, he inexplicably kisses her, just as Jill walks in. Relationship over. But, David wants to make amends at the party of the year at Angad's (Rohan Kymal) house, which he attends with best friend Teddy (Logan Miller) and joined by Alison (Suzanne Dengel and Colleen Dengel). David strikes out with Jill again and she shows an interest in Steve. Teddy starts chatting to Melanie (Natalie Hall) and she promises him a surprise. There's electricity in the air and when it strikes a power box, a strange phenomenon occurs. It seems to cause the world from 20 minutes ago to enter to current world. At first only David, Teddy, Alison and Melanie notice it and it's freaking them out. With the party moving to another part of the property, it's only a matter of time before the past catches up with the present. And then what? A truly bizarre idea that ends up being one helluva lot of fun, possibly the most fun movie I've seen in a while. There are numerous surreal moments in the movie, not in the least the Teddy/Melanie sex scene and a scene in the pool house that is seriously out there. And who the hell lucked out doing continuity in this movie, surely they're in the nuthouse right now. Absolutely worth a look if you like an entertaining headscratcher.

That Natalie Hall scene below, well 11 scenes cut together according to my timecodes, is an absolute scorcher, possibly the best nude scene of the year so far, underrated too because of the more high profile scenes. I've brightened it slightly because the scene is shot in both dim light and candle light, plus a dark source and it's come out great.
