Finally gotten around to recapping Heavenly Creatures and it's the first time it's appeared on this site. I capped it off VHS back in the day (early 2003) but now it's in HD. Sadly the widescreen versions of Heavenly Creatures, both in 1.85:1 and 2.35:1, frame out the scene where Melanie Lynskey gets up out the bed naked so that we don't see her breasts. In the fullscreen version, you do see her breasts but I haven't been able to find a fullscreen version that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount and I don't have a VHS player any more, so it wouldn't be much use. But I still have my collages that I made back in the day, so I've re-upped an old collage.

No video as I could never get a decent video frame rate off of my video capture card back in the day, even in small size, only good enough to make caps.

Have to say that In My Father's Den and Heavenly Creatures are my one and two favourite New Zealand movies of all time and both are fairly depressing movies, so there's something ...
