She is Ferrara's wife. This is fundamentally an autobiographical film, so Chiriac is essentially playing herself as the wife of the central character. The Ferrara character is played by Ferrara's frequent collaborator, Willem Dafoe.

That ’70s Show was a successful comedy show. It ran for 8 seasons and 200 episodes. From a FH point-of-view, there was no real nudity but lots of eye candy, such as Mila Kunis and Laura Prepon. Lots of other lovely women appeared over the years.
