"Let's Get Laid"

Let's Get Laid (1977) is another Fiona Richmond sex farce, the last in the box set I acquired. The story takes place in 1947. Private Laid has been demobilized, and will be staying in a friends posh Mayfair flat. He has dreams of becoming an actor, largely because of his favorite star, Maxine Lupercal, played by Fiona. As he is going into the flat, he hears a cry for help in the neighboring flat, and finds a dying secret agent, who hands him a super spy gadget disguised as a cigarette lighter, then expires. Who owns the flat, but Fiona. She talks Laid into helping her ditch the body, and he is seen dumping it into the Thames. He is wanted by the bungling police, and also by an arms dealer, who wants the device.

The nudity comes from several sources. Fiona shows everything, in sex scenes, a bath, and in a fantasy sequence (Laid has fantasies whenever they need to spice up the film). Lisa Taylor, as a female veteran, shows breasts in a running gag where she cancels dates with Laid over the phone, while having sex with others. Anna Chen shows breasts in the back seat of a car, as the femme fatale working with the arms dealer. Four unknowns show breasts at pool side, and several other women show all three Bs in fantasy sequences. Through a comedy of errors, Laid ends up replacing a look-alike in a stage show with Fiona, and is a hit.

IMDB readers have this at 4.6 of 10. It is a good example of the British 70 sex farce, and has some nice costuming and sets. It is horribly dated, but has nostalgia value for people who remember 70s drive-in sex farces. C.

    "Teenage Exorcist"

Teenage Exorcist (1991) is a Fred Olin Ray film, intentionally made campy. He never intended anything but bad movie appeal. It does have some clear references to The Exorcist. Fred attempted to make the film much earlier, and made a trailer, which is included on the DVD, but the project fell through. The script for this version was written by Brinke Stevens, who also plays the lead. Brinke is a post grad, who gets the rent bargain of a lifetime because, unknowns to her, the house is possessed by the evil former owner. In no time, she is possessed, and her sister, Elena Sahagun, and her brother in law come to her aid, as does her would be boyfriend. The boyfriend calls a priest, who tries to phone Monsignor Connaly, but calls a pizza parlor by mistake, and they think he wants canolli, which they are out of, so they send a deluxe order of everything they have that sounds a little like canolli with super nerd Eddie Deezen. Meanwhile, the priest tames a group of zombies, by mentioning Notre Dame, and doing card tricks.

Sahagun shows buns and a side view of her breast in a dressing scene, then breasts and buns in a shower scene. Jasae shows breasts as a corpse. IMDB readers rate this 5.4 of 10. The only online review, from Video Graveyard, is short and to the point: "Campy low-budget horror/comedy has mousy Brink Stevens (who also wrote the script) moving into a haunted house and being possessed. She then proceeds to terrorize her guests. Amusingly cheap and watchable because it never takes itself seriously." The genre is campy horror film, and this one gets that job done. C.

    Goldmember (2002)

Oh, sure, some of it is juvenile. Some of it is repetition. Some of it goes nowhere because Mike wanted to use all the characters from previous movies. Some of the dance numbers go on much too long. All that may be true, but the first 20 minutes were so funny, that I blissed out through the remaining crap. No nudity, of course. These films have to get a PG-13 to survive, because a very large portion of the target audience is 12-17. People 30 or older rate this film a lowly 4.5 at IMDb, but people under 30 rate it as a near classic: 7.3

The most interesting thing about the series is that the first one was not really a big hit, grossing only $53 million. But it was profitable because it was made with a modest budget. It was a cult favorite which did well on video, so the word-of-mouth made the second one a $205 million blockbuster with only a $33 million production budget - a kick-ass moneymaker.

Myers spent $63 million on the third installment, far more than the first two added together. It does look slick in many ways, but those production values are not really at the heart of the film, and it's starting to look a like a bloated, sagging franchise. Let's hope not, because Mike is so enthusiastic that his projects create a tidal wave of fun which sweeps you along, and you don't really notice that the films aren't really as much fun as they pretend to be.

    Celebrity Sleuth, volume 20

If you're keeping score at home, I haven't had a chance to talk to Sleuth lately, and I don't know why this is number 20. The previous one was Volume 15, number 3. This is not his 20th issue, by any means. I think he's over 120, spanning nearly two decades of celebrity watching. Anyway, what's in a number? Enjoy the show.

Neriah Davis (1, 2). Some more explicit looks at the former staplegirl. Find her at www.neriah.com

Masuimi Max, Stripper, and nude model. (1, 2) Pronounced "ma-Sue-me". She does an act where she sets her crotch on fire. Talk about a "hottie". I was surprised to here that she is from Jacksonville, Arkanasas. I have to believe she's attract some attention down at the local Wal-Mart. Find her at www.iamtrouble.com

Yvonne Mecialis. (1, 2) She models, and is a fantasy artist. Interesting stuff - kind of Frank Frazetta gone high tech.   www.mecialis.com

Stacy Rosman (1, 2), actress (Free Enterprise) and model for the Black Rose character. Sleuth points out that she seems to have dropped out of the business. Neither Sleuth nor her associates have heard from her in the past year, her phones are disconnected, and her website, lovestacy.com, has been made inactive. Nobody knows where she is.

Holly Sampson (1, 2). She was the new Emmanuelle in Emmanuelle 2000 (now released as Emmanuelle 2001). The key find here is that she used to be a porn star and xxx model, working as Nicolette (film work in A Slave to Fashion, pictured here, and other films), and Zoe (magazine work).

Monique Gabrielle (1, 2). I guess you probably know who Monique is. The one with the bra is an Sleuth-exclusive recent picture. The other is a timeless Monique classic .  www.moniqueg.com

Anoushka (1, 2) is a Polish nude model who wants to be "the first sex symbol of the 21st century"  www.anoushkatv.com

If you don't know who Julie Strain is, you're probably reading the wrong page. She's been naked so much that I still haven't made an Encyclopedia Volume for her, simply because there's so much to wade through!

    Other crap

    • As the movie promo says, why be John Malkovich when you can be Ron Jeremy? You know one thing that scares me? Based upon the fact that he continues to get work, it seems logical to assume that some people must think Andy Dick is funny. Who are those guys? Can I see a show of hands?
    • Bill Buckner gets a standing O at Shea Stadium. Good point. he's probably done as much for the Mets as anyone alive, including Tom Terrific Seaver. Too bad Buckner was playing for the Red Sox at the time.

    Spaz
    'Caps and comments by Spaz:
"Les Jeunes Québécoises" (1980) (aka The Young Quebecers) is an x-rated French-Canadian sex comedy which leaves nothing to the imagination. The actresses are all one-timers who probably wish this film was no longer in circulation. Nicole Leduc (Suzanne Clément) is a rich man's daughter who invites her three girlfriends to her family mansion over the weekend to swap eachother's boyfriends (or have lesbian sex or a combination of the above). The subplots are her father Mr. Leduc who isn't getting any action from Mrs. Leduc and her little brother Junior who does nothing but masturbate.

Nudity report: full nudity by all with numerous non-simulated and explicit sexual situations. Suzanne Clément had sex with most of the male and female cast (and probably the director, producers, and the rest of the crew as well).

    • Suzanne Clément: explicit oral sex, explicit penetration (1, 2)

    • Carole Meilleur: open leg shot, explicit oral sex

    • Elizabeth Grandpré: explicit oral sex.

    • Melanie Bowie: gyno-cam shot, explicit dildo shot.

    • Starlene: as the stripper/housemaid she shows the less skin but still full frontal nonetheless.

    • Orgy: the grande finalé nonetheless.

    Hankster
    'Caps and comments by Hankster:

Today we look at a straight to video soft core titled "Forbidden". It stars Renee Rea and Tracy Ryan, both great looking babes.

The story is about a guy who leaves his bachelor party and winds up spending the night with another woman (Renee). He gets married (Tracy), but can't get Renee out of his mind. Three years later he meets up with her again when his best friend introduces her as his fiancee. From then on it's one big romp in the hay with dream sequences and a switching of partners, etc. Typical Skinemax.

    • Renee Rea, topless and several upskirt views as she strips. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
    • Tracy Ryan, breasts and pubes. (1, 2, 3, 4)

    Oz
    'Caps and Comments by Oz:

    "Silent Lies"
You see Elizabeth Anne Allen's butt in the sloppy movie Silent Lies, although it could be a stunt butt.

    "Rivals"
No nudity in Rivals (aka The Stalking of Laurie Show). You see some nice cleavage of Marnette Patterson, the stalker, and Jennifer Finnigan, who plays Laurie Show.

    "Female Company"
Female Company was an above average Greek thriller. Unfortunately, the nudity was only topless and brief by Katia Nikolaedou, Smargado Diamondidau and Tania Kapsali.

    "An Almost Perfect Affair"
Again, not a lot of nudity in An Almost Perfect Affair. Monica Vitti looks outstanding but the brief nudity comes from some unknowns.

    "The Size of Watermelons"
A bit of nipple exposure by Ione Skye in The Size of Watermelons, which is not a reference to breast size.

    "Innocence"
Innocence is an Australian movie with quite a bit of nudity. It's about two old people reminiscing about what had been. Julia Blake is the old woman and Kristien Van Pellicom plays the same character about 50 years earlier. Angela Noack plays a dead girl who is buried nude.

    "Shame"
Shame is an another Australian movie and there is some see-through exposure by Deborra-Lee Furness and some pokies by Simone Buchanan.

    "Graduation Week"
Devon Odessa shows her nice boobs in Graduation Week (aka The Sterling Chase). Alanna Ubach shows the pokies.

    "Countess Dracula"
The caps of Ingrid Pitt from Countess Dracula have appeared before but there are other actresses showing their boobs. Andrea Lawrence, Nike Arrighi and Hulya Babus.

    "King Cobra"
No nudity in King Cobra, some brief pokies by Casey Fallo and Iyari Limon is down to her underwear just before she is eaten by a giant cobra.

    "Desire"
Some full on nudity by Katja Riemann in Desire.

    • Katja Riemann (1, 2, 3)

    "The Marcorelle Affair"
Some brief topless views of Irène Jacob in The Marcorelle Affair.

    "Closing Numbers"
She must be getting on a bit but Jane Asher is still willing to show her boobs in Closing Numbers.

    • Jane Asher (1, 2)

    "Coyote Ugly"
No nudity in Coyote Ugly, just some nice caps of Piper Perabo and Izabella Miko.

    • Piper Perabo (1, 2)
    • Izabella Miko (1, 2, 3)

    "New York Stories"
No nudity by Rosanna Arquette in New York Stories but yet again she doesn't disappoint.

    • Rosanna Arquette (1, 2, 3)

    "Kat and Allison"
No nudity in Kat and Allison, only some nice caps by Jami Gertz and Sybil Temchen.

    "Radio Days"
You see most of Sydney A Blake's contribution to Radio Days. A group of school boys are looking at her through a window and you get a brief glimpse of her butt.

    • Sydney A. Blake (1, 2)

    "Partners"
Ryan O'Neil plays a gay cop in Partners. Iris Albanti is topless in the shower and Robyn Douglass shows some dark dorsal nudity. Denise Galik has some nice cleavage.
