Johnny's comments:
Tomorrow I Quit is a drama where a French woman (Géraldine Creff) living in New Zealand finds out her landlord has a spy-cam in the bathroom of the communal bathroom and steals the tape and runs away. The only person she knows is her half-sister (Claire Van Beek) whom she is estranged from, so she gets in touch with her through their mother. The French woman is allowed to stay at her sister's house with her boyfriend, and they all seem to get along, but the landlord tracks the French woman down and tragedy strikes.

The lead character is a total flake, basically a drifter, so it's hard to like her, but it's not a bad movie.

Ally McBeal was a reasonably successful show - it went for 112 episodes and 5 seasons from the late 90’s. The show was set in a Boston law firm and starred Calista Flockhart in the title role of Ally McBeal. There was no real nudity but it did hold my interest with some of the outfits worn.

Spring Interlude is barely a movie. One woman chats to her friend but decides to go back to work rather than go off with her. On her way home at 1am, she meets a lost man wandering the streets and she speaks to him and then helps him out, to the point where she lets him stay at her house for the night. He snores, so she doesn't get much sleep. He leaves in the morning and she goes to meet her friend. They have their first romantic moment.
