I was going to flick through Armed, but I watched the opening scene and it intrigued me, so I decided to watch the rest of the movie and well, the ridiculousness of the opening scene does not subside over the rest of the movie. Written, directed and starring Mario Van Peebles as a former security consultant who suffers from a sort of PTSD. He is contacted by his old team who are suffering similarly. It looks like a conspiracy is afoot. Meanwhile, in all the commotion of the opening scene, he bumps into a British woman Grace (Jemma Dallender), a bit of an all-round free spirit, who helps temper his bad thoughts. Oh and there's a teenage girl missing, which is all over the news and will become a part of the story in a most unexpected way.

Absolutely batshit crazy and completely unpredictable, I think it's an anti-gun movie of some sort, but the movie is never boring, one of the wildest movies I've seen in a while. Worth a look, but don't expect something, well, coherent.
