It's another Bill Zebub movie, a re-edited version of Loving a Vegetable (2015), with what might be more or less nudity.  Or something.  The four women in it are veterans of Bill’s productions. 

The lead actress is Lydia Lael, as a paraplegic woman who leaves her front door unlocked, so who walks in but a serial killer, because every neighborhood has one running around somewhere.  Lydia spends a lot of time nekkid, with her legs spread.

And she spends a lot more time in a very long girl-girl scene with Scarlett Storm – she of the very red hair and numerous tats.

The killer seems to find and restrain two other women in the house.  They are Andrea Hall – whose performances in other movies, and in this one, make clear she has no inhibitions at all –

and Vanda Blondelle.  This is the second movie of Bill’s I have grabbed that stars Vanda and I have yet to see her tasty hoots.  Her butt and her bush?  Oh yeah, multiple times, but never the hoots.  No telling why.

Now, I could dismiss this movie as exploitation of a failed kind.  Although a serial killer movie, none of the killing takes place on screen and for that I am most grateful.  There is no physical abuse to be seen – again, Bill, thank you very much – but there is an underlying dread to it all, restrained but certainly there.  And along the way you come to like Lydia’s character, so when the end of the movie comes and the outcome is obvious to the viewer but not to Lydia, you cannot help but feel for her.  Really feel for her.  And so, this is the best of Bill’s movies that I have seen (geez, ten of them now) – it tells a story and does so with some skill, and the folks who do the acting are competent in their craft. Not saying much, but still….

Oh, and one more thing.  In a separate Bill Zebub disc, with a title of 50 Shades of Scarlett, you can find an hour-long video of outtakes from Crippled By Desire.  You get to see more of Andrea Hall with her legs spread, Lydia Lael with her legs akimbo and Lydia plus Scarlett in their coupling scene.  Well, the last of these goes on for some 30 minutes, so I grabbed a 90-second bit of it for us.  If Lydia and Scarlett are your cups o’ tea, let me recommend that you grab this disc because the gals honestly appear to have a great time making the movie, and their banter with Bill and Steve Nebesni (he plays the serial killer) is pretty amusing.
