Tuesday Wednesday late as usual Pushing Tin It's Wednesday, and the new tradition is that I'm flying solo with new releases. First and best on the docket: you guys have voted Angelina Jolie as the sexiest woman in the world. She was topless and clearly lit in "Pushing Tin". Really a pointless movie that wandered and wandered and had several cornball happy resolutions. Quite a waste of top talent: John Cusack, Billy Bob Thornton, Cate Blanchett, Angelina Jolie. The good news, Jolie was playing the part of a too-young too-sexed wife for Billy Bob. And without her top in one scene. And she just looked incredible in every camera angle of every scene. She's a knockout. Jolie Jolie Jolie Lost & Found This movie is kind of like "Something About Mary 2", except without the humor. Man, that David Spade is a real bundle of talent, eh? What exactly does he do again? Anyway, the movie had Sophie Marceau. She's aged beautifully, and speaks very good English. Better than Spade. In fact, I'd be willing to bet she can do anything better than Spade. She's not naked, but here's some beautiful braless. Marceau shows why all women should have to play the cello in public. I was just meditating on the eternal verities, and concluded that there is just one thing the world needs more of. Love, sweet love? No. More Carradines. This movie served one up in the form of Spade's ex-girlfriend. Her first name is Ever. No kidding. And she's much cuter than the rest of the family. No Kung Fu, though. Judas Kiss This is such a good movie, much better than the first two above, and was never released to the theaters or on DVD. It went straight-to-low-quality-vid. An entertaining noir with all the usual elements, blackmailers,liars, corrupt public officials, secrets, psychos, and witty world-weary honest cops. As well as some complex bad guys. And yet, despite some cliches, I never touched the fast forward button. This needs to come out on DVD because it has a good Gugino sex scene, and I couldnt' get good enough images or the precise frames I wanted from the VHS. Here's Gugino. Gugino Gugino For no reason other than to get in some frontal nudity (and admirably so!), there is a running theme of people watching a space porno film on TV. Captain Desiree. This is Beverly Hotsprings (yeah, sure it is), who plays Space Vixen, the Captain's sworn enemy and lesbian love partner And here's Yvette Lera as the good Captain herself. The plot is impossible to follow, and it turns out to be one of those Russian Puzzle Box mysteries like they used to have on The Twilight Zone so often. But screw the plot. Good movies are about feeling and atmosphere and experience. I liked the way they pulled it off. I wish Gretchen Mol had lost the top, but she did appear in a blouse with some good see-through action. One more of Mol. Hank and June (coontinued) These first five from Henry and June are miscellaneous brothel and screet festival scenes. This particular one is all scenes with Kevin Spacey more Henry & June more Henry & June more Henry & June more Henry & June The nest two are Uma and maria de Medeiros. Warning. In this scene, de Medeiros is fantasizing about Uma, but when she looks up, she's making love to an Uma lookalike from the brothel. In other words, these breasts could belong to Uma or the lookalike.
