Sorry To Bother You is a satire about a poor black man who takes a job as a telemarketer and quickly finds himself climbing the ladder by using a technique of the 'white voice'. But when his friends, including his artist girlfriend (Tessa Thompson), decide to form a union to get a minimum wage, he is caught in the choice between his old life of poverty and his new life of affluence.

It's a pretty wild and weird movie before the third act twist which while fun and completely bonkers, feels very much like the filmmakers had no idea how to end the movie and just said fuck it, let's go crazy. Definitely worth a look though.
