Amityville: Dollhouse is about a step-family moving into their new house, which just happens to be built on the old Amityville property and has the old fireplace. When the father finds a dollhouse that is a replica of the house, he gives it to his stepdaughter as a present and, wouldn't you know it, the dollhouse is evil and starts causing strange things to happen to the family.

Fairly low rent addition to the canon. Most of what happens is fairly minor until the ending and none of the main characters face any real danger.
