Stealing Candy is a not bad B-movie thriller where three bozos (Alex McArthur, Coolio and Daniel Baldwin) decide to kidnap a movie star and nudity dodger (Jenya Lano) and force her to do a live sex show on the internet and watch the money roll in. There doesn't seem to be much resistance from the movie star and the whole thing goes off without a hitch, netting a massive $13 million. Then Coolio, just out of prison, loses his mind and wants to fuck the movie star and the simple plan goes to shit real fast.

A fairly straightforward thriller that doesn't really hide its twists very well and I'm surprised the ridiculously simple plan hasn't been exploited by more down and out stars. They might not get $13 million but people are always up for some celebrity skin (points at self in the mirror). The movie never really sets any great heights but rolls along nicely enough and as a B-movie, it satisfies. Is it a great movie? No, but it works and that's more than you can say about most B-movies.
